By using Vox Pop, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
The Service
Vox Pop is an engagement platform that enables content creators to collect audio responses from their audience. Creators post prompts; audience members reply with voice recordings after verifying their phone number.
Your Content
- You retain ownership of audio recordings you create.
- By submitting a reply, you grant the creator a license to use your recording in their content (podcasts, videos, social media).
- You can delete your replies at any time through your account settings.
Creator Responsibilities
- Creators are responsible for how they use listener data collected through Vox Pop.
- Creators must comply with applicable laws (including TCPA, GDPR, and CAN-SPAM) when contacting listeners.
- Creators may not sell or transfer listener contact information to third parties for independent marketing purposes.
Acceptable Use
Don't use Vox Pop for anything illegal, harmful, or abusive. Don't spam creators with automated replies. Don't attempt to collect other users' data without their consent. We may suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
Account Termination
You can delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon deletion, your data is removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
